Most procedures are totally painless and are done with no anaesthetic. Occasionally, as in the case of veneers, we offer basic local anaesthetic that is common to standard dental fillings. In some very complicated cases, we have the full range of pain relieving solutions, including, general anaesthetic, if necessary. |
